Forever 21 Haul

Since the school year has started, time has definitely gotten away from me! I haven’t posted anything in so long but don’t worry I’m working on a schedule! (…It’s still a mess)

The start of my senior year of high school has been crazy to say the least, but I’m really excited to be able to share it with you guys! For most of 2015 and 2016 I lived my life in sweatpants and tee shirts- avoiding proper clothes at all costs! Being a junior was a stressful time but this year I am ready to [attempt] to be put together.

Fall is one of absolute favorite seasons in terms of fashion. Ankle boots and structured jackets are staples in my closet that I pair with everything! So when I went onto Forever 21’s website one night a few weeks ago… I did some damage.

I actually bought these 2 high-waisted skirts ($12.99 each) a while back and wasn’t able to find anything to pair them with. Finally after some serious website searching I found this beautiful button-up floral crop top that works so well with either color.

The outfits can be worn as they are or with a cute jean jacket and tights when the weather starts to get cooler and the leaves start to change.

Jackets and the color plum seem to be everywhere right now! I picked up this light drawstring jacket ($21.00) and it’s so easy to just throw over a tee shirt and jeans to complete a look and keep you warm in the crisp air.

If I could only choose one thing to wear for the rest of my life- it would be dresses. This Body-con sweater dress is skin tight and so comfortable! This is a piece that would look adorable dressed down with white Converse or glammed up with a pair of heels.

I had a little moment when I found this jacket- not even joking. I love the show Pretty Little Liars and my favorite character, Spencer, wore a jacket just like this. It’s safe to say I was thrilled when I found an inexpensive dupe at Forever 21.

Army green is another color that is super popular this season. It is slowly invading my closet in the form of tee shirts, skirts and jackets. Lots of jackets.

This dress almost didn’t end up in my cart. I kept adding it and then taking it out again because I didn’t know if I could pull it off. I’m beyond ecstatic that I bought it though because it’s my favorite purchase out of the whole haul!

It falls just above the knees and has cute keyhole cut outs to accent the beautiful choker set ($6.95) I bought to accompany it! I think it would look so gorgeous with lace ankle socks or patterned tights and a floppy black hat.

From here on out I will be posting on a more consistent basis. This blog has challenged me and helped me find a new passion to pursue. I’m so excited for what’s to come and I hope you are too!
